A Taxa de Transição demonstra a percentagem dos alunos que transitaram do ensino básico para o secundário. Os dados da tabela 4.10 indicam que, em termos gerais, cerca de 89% dos alunos transitaram do ensino básico para o secundário, no ano letivo 2015/2016. A taxa mais baixa foi registada no concelho de São Salvador do Mundo (63,1%) e, no sentido inverso, Boa Vista (96,4%) obteve a maior taxa de transição entre esses dois níveis de ensino, em comparação com outros concelhos, no mesmo ano letivo.

Data cited at: https://caboverde.opendataforafrica.org/iahoycc Globalmente, o número de partos assistidos por profissionais qualificados (médicos e enfermeiros), nas estruturas de saúde, tem vindo a decrescer desde 2011, conforme mostra a tabela 3.5. Entre 2013 e 2015, houve um ligeiro decréscimo médio anual de 0,7%, passando de 9.745 para 9.602. Pode-se verificar que este decréscimo não se regista em todos os concelhos. National Monitoring : School life expectancy by level of education

Global growth is expected to hold steady at 2.7 percent in 2025-26. However, the global economy appears to be settling at a low growth rate that will be insufficient to foster sustained economic development. Emerging market and developing economies are set to enter the second quarter of the 21st century with per capita incomes on a trajectory that implies feeble catch-up toward those of advanced economies. Most low-income countries are not on course to graduate to middle-income status by 2050. Policy action at the global and national levels is needed to foster a more favorable external environment, enhance macroeconomic stability, reduce structural constraints, address the effects of climate change, and thus accelerate long-term growth and development.
