Saudi Arabia Current Account Balance Forecast 2019-2024, Data and Charts

Saudi Arabia had the current account balance of 22% of GDP initially in 2007. The first slump to 4.9% happened in 2009, but in 2011 current account balance returned to the level of 23% of GDP. The second low point of -8.3% was reached in 2015 and IMF does not predict current account balance as a percentage of GDP to become positive again.
