National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) is to satisfy the Oman government's need of official statistics and reliable information to be used in setting policies and programs on local, regional and international levels; taking into consideration the accelerating economic and social variables. NCSI also seek to satisfy the needs of all authorities in acquiring data in all areas of development.

      Data cited at: https://data.gov.om/veevcid The data set of marriage and divorce statistics will be presented according to the marriage and divorce contracts registered annually according to the governorates and the nationality of the spouses, and thus the calculation of the marital stability index. The review of marital status in Omani society also includes data from population censuses and household surveys, and the average age at first marriage according to different variables.
