Index of housing quality is an indicator that combines two ways to qualify for housing: according to the quality of materials and according to the physical attributes of the space. According to the combination of values ​​on these parametres housing quality is classified as: a) good, if the materials of the structure of the house are good in accordance with all three attributes related to the quality of the spaces (1.00) , b) regular, resulting from the combination of the two indices; housing with a better score is classified as normal (from 0.50 to 1.00), c) poor, resulting from the combination of the two indices; housing which accumulates less point is located in the interval corresponding to "bad" (more than 0.00 and less than 0.50) and d) very bad, if the two indices housing was rated as very poor (0.00).
